What to include

Include the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, what you were trying to do, and whether the issue involves birthdays, Contacts import, Shopify gift boards, Linq prompts, iMessage cards, affiliate handoffs, or privacy controls.

Do not send raw CRM notes, full message transcripts, raw payment details, or private recipient contact details in support requests.

App Store review notes

Confetti is a native iPhone app with an optional Messages extension. There is no web app sign-in or browser product surface.

Messaging is owner-approved, uses opt-in and quiet-hour checks, and does not automatically contact gift recipients.
